1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer support team via email at pomfgen@gmail.com or call 95193 22292, mentioning your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • Cancellation After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances (such as unavailability of products, invalid payment, incorrect address, etc.). If canceled from our end, you will be notified and receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund:

    • Refunds are issued only for orders canceled before dispatch, orders returned due to in-transit damage (reported within 48 hours of delivery), or cases of incorrect/defective products received.

    • To claim a refund for a damaged or defective product, provide clear photos of the item and packaging to our support team within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund, unless found to be defective upon delivery.

    • No refunds will be provided for orders canceled after dispatch or for products returned without proper authorization.

  • Refund Process:

    • Once your cancellation is approved or your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

    • Refunds are credited through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

    • In case of payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you may be required to provide bank details for the refund.

3. Return Instructions

  • Return Request: To return an eligible item, contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with details and proof of the issue.

  • Return Shipping: For returns approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will arrange for free reverse pickup. For all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Exceptions

  • Certain items (for example: perishable goods, personalized products, hygiene-sensitive items, etc.) may not be eligible for return or refund. Such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the specific product page.
